The agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the VegasLife VIP website, booking system, SMS and email communications, and the charter transportation services we provide in and around Las Vegas, Nevada. By using the site or making a reservation you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Booking Policies.
VEGASLIFE VIP, LLC, doing business as VegasLife VIP, is a licensed Nevada passenger carrier operating under CPCN 2270. "We", "us" and "VegasLife" refer to VEGASLIFE VIP, LLC and its chauffeurs; "you" refers to the person making the reservation and every passenger travelling under it.
Who can book
You must be at least 18 years old to make a reservation and you must be legally able to enter a binding contract. The person who books is responsible for the conduct of the whole group and for any charges that arise from the trip.
Alcohol may only be consumed on board by passengers aged 21 or over. Chauffeurs may ask for ID at any time and may refuse boarding or end a trip where the law requires it.
What we provide
We provide chauffeured charter transportation in the vehicle you select, for the hours you reserve, with a licensed professional chauffeur. Optional enhancements such as VIP table reservations, club entry or décor are arranged through our partners and are subject to the partner's own availability and rules.
Vehicle photographs and descriptions are accurate at the time of publishing. If a vehicle becomes unavailable through mechanical failure or circumstances outside our control we will supply a vehicle of equal or greater capacity or offer a full refund.
Reservations & quotes
A reservation is confirmed only when a deposit or full payment has been received and a booking reference (format VL-XXXXXX) has been issued. A selected time slot is held for 15 minutes during checkout; after that the slot is released.
Quotes for custom itineraries are valid for 7 days unless stated otherwise and are not a reservation until paid. We may decline a booking at our discretion, including where capacity, route or event details would make the trip unsafe or unlawful.
Pricing & payment
Prices are shown in US dollars and itemised before you pay: the vehicle rate, Nevada 3% passenger carrier excise tax, any add ons, and a driver gratuity you choose. Weekend and peak-date rates are applied at the time of booking and shown on screen.
A 50% deposit secures your reservation. The balance is due before pickup by Zelle to VEGASLIFEVIP (VEGASLIFE VIP, LLC) or in cash to your chauffeur, unless you have paid in full or arranged otherwise with dispatch. Put your booking reference in the Zelle memo. Payments are made by Zelle to VEGASLIFEVIP or in cash; we never ask for or store card numbers.
Changes, cancellations & refunds
Full refund of deposit if cancelled 72+ hours before pickup; deposit retained inside 72 hours.
Date, time and vehicle changes are free when made 72 or more hours before pickup and the new slot is available. Full details, including overtime, no-show and partner cancellation rules, are set out in our Booking Policies, which form part of these Terms.
On board conduct
You agree to follow the Booking Policies on alcohol, smoking, capacity and behaviour, and to follow reasonable chauffeur instructions. Chauffeurs may end a trip without refund where passengers endanger themselves, others or the vehicle.
You are responsible for damage beyond normal wear, for excessive cleaning and for any fines incurred because of passenger conduct. Charges are itemised and billed to the card on file within 72 hours of the trip.
Liability
We carry commercial passenger liability insurance as required by the Nevada Transportation Authority. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from a reservation is limited to the amount you paid for that reservation.
We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, venue decisions or events beyond our reasonable control, nor for personal items left on board, though we will make every effort to return them.
Accounts & communications
There are no passwords. Your name, mobile number and email collected at checkout create your account; you sign in with a one time link sent by email or SMS, or with your booking reference.
By booking you consent to receive transactional SMS and email about your reservation (confirmation, chauffeur details, payment notices). Message and data rates may apply. Marketing messages are sent only with your separate opt-in and can be stopped at any time by replying STOP.
Content & intellectual property
The VegasLife name, script wordmark, photography and site design are our property or used under licence. You may not copy, scrape or reuse them without written permission. You grant us a licence to use photos you send us for a booking (for example, a décor reference) solely to deliver your trip.
Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Any dispute will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada, and you consent to their jurisdiction. If any clause is found unenforceable, the rest of the Terms remain in effect.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page shows the current version. Reservations are governed by the Terms in force when the reservation was confirmed.
